Responsibilities:
Work with senior editorial management to identify and propose innovative Professional Development solutions. Work with senior editorial management to develop short term and long term strategic and revenue goals for the publishing program. Manage effective marketing and product development programs to lead the Professional Development market space. Program manage digital Product Development from concept to delivery, including budgeting and scheduling. Identify, contract, and manage third-party vendors for content and digital development. Track competitive Professional Development landscape, keeping abreast of new innovations and developments in the market space.

Bachelor's degree. A minimum of seven years of editorial experience. A minimum of five years of publishing experience. Strong knowledge of K-12 teacher Professional Development. Understanding of adult learning theory and practice. Project management experience. Strong knowledge of elearning development, including online multimedia, video, and interactive Flash. A minimum of two years of experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, supervising staff and vendors, negotiating. Proven success at collaborating across teams of content developers, technologists, and designers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
Desired:
Master's degree. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) Classroom teaching experience.
