Employee Relations Specialist
This position can be based in Dublin, OH, Lexington, KY or Wilmington, DE
As part of Ashland Inc.'s HR Service Center, you will provide support to employees and managers in each of Ashland's operating units through policy interpretation, conflict resolution and statistical analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of broad Human Resources experience with a concentration in providing employee relations and conflict resolution support to managers and employees. Candidates must possess working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated project management and customer service skills along with the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels within the organization. Additionally, they will have experience in conducting internal incident investigations, facilitating training and utilizing statistics to create business cases for improvement in workforce effectiveness.','!*!Ashland Inc.
